I phoned to change my reservation and was offered a ticket that was 3 times more expensive that other carriers.When I tried to give the feedback to manger(Ruth, Phoenix branch) regarding excessive pricing of the flight, she started yelling at me so I had to request her to control the tone of her voice.

I am very surprised by poor training of Alaska airlines representatives, lack of sensitivity and customer relationship training.I will be not using the Alaska Airlines services in the future and will cancel my Alaska Airlines credit card that I was holding for more then 10 years.
