I phoned to change my reservation and was offered a ticket that was 3 times more expensive that other carriers. When I tried to give the feedback to manger(Ruth, Phoenix branch) regarding excessive pricing of the flight, she started yelling at me so I had to request her to control the tone of her voice.
I am very surprised by poor training of Alaska airlines representatives, lack of sensitivity and customer relationship training. I will be not using the Alaska Airlines services in the future and will cancel my Alaska Airlines credit card that I was holding for more then 10 years.
